Shipping policy
Australia Post – Standard Delivery
Orders suitable for postage are shipped via Australia Post at a flat rate of $15 Australia-wide.
Orders received before 4:00pm (AEST) are generally dispatched the same business day. Estimated delivery times are:
- NSW: 1–3 business days
- Interstate: up to 5 business days
A tracking number will be provided via email or SMS so you can monitor the progress of your order.
International shipping is available to New Zealand:
- Standard Shipping: $25
- Express Shipping: $40
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to Australia Post delays.
For oversized or bulky items, additional freight charges may apply based on cubic weight. If extra shipping costs are required, we will contact you prior to dispatch.
Belmore Store is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels that are confirmed as delivered by Australia Post.
Courier Deliveries – Bulky Items
Large or bulky items may be shipped via a courier service. Shipping charges are calculated based on the item's size, weight and delivery location.
Customers will receive tracking information and courier details once their order has been dispatched.
